What did Justin Bieber say?
That was the question after The Biebs tweeted a YouTube video on Saturday that shows him making an “important announcement” to the camera while throngs of screaming girls drown out his audio.
But those users who logged in via Facebook or email did get to hear Bieber talk — about the great work being done by Pencils of Promise, the charity founded by Adam Braun, brother of Bieber’s manager Scooter.
Bieber revealed how people can help the organization’s Schools4All campaign and win some great prizes at the same time.
